FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for treating intra-articular fractures of the bones forming a knee joint includes upper and lower base supports, a middle annular support, threaded rods for connection of upper and lower base supports with middle annular support and reduction unit. Upper and lower base supports are annular. Upper base and middle annular supports can be fixed with the help of a pin and an intraosseous rod. Lower base support can be fixed with help of 2 cross pins. Repositioning assembly is made of intraosseous threaded rods for fragment with nuts, cylindrical bosses for intraosseous threaded rods for fragment, support plate, made with longitudinal, axial, through slot for installation of said cylindrical bosses, and at the ends—with longitudinal threaded axes with nuts. Cylindrical bosses for the intraosseous threaded rods for the fragment are made at the ends with threaded axial holes for their attachment to the support plate with screws, in the middle part—with two parallel flat recesses formed by vertical cuts along the outer surface, and in the center—with a through hole for installation of intraosseous threaded rods for fragment with nuts. Repositioning assembly has the possibility of being fixed on the middle annular support by means of threaded bars, each of which has on one end a bracket with a hole for a longitudinal threaded axis of the longitudinal plate, and the other end has the possibility of being fixed on the middle annular support.

EFFECT: invention enables reposition of the intra-articular fracture in the area of the knee joint with reduced injuries of the intervention with improved treatment results.
