In the disclosed method, in particular, recording a reaction of a well-known system on an interval at control points, and repeatedly determining (simultaneously) integral estimates of output signals of the system for values of the integration parameter, for this, at the moment of the test signal supply to the input of the system with nominal characteristics, integration of the control system signals for integration parameters in each of the control points with the weights is simultaneously started, by feeding control system signals multiplying units to first inputs, second inputs of multiplier units are supplied with exponential signals for integration units, normalized values of deviations of integral estimates of signals of the monitored system for integration parameters are determined, diagnosing features are determined at integration parameters, faulty unit is determined by maximum value of diagnostic feature.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of computational costs.
