SUBSTANCE: to find the faulty unit on the basis of the trial deviations, a certain number of the dynamic elements of the system is fixed, the control time and the paramenter of the integral signal transformation are determined, the test signal and the integral estimates are used, a certain number of the control system points is fixed, the reaction of the diagnosed object and the model is recorded, the reaction of the obviously operable system on the certain range of the control points is recorded, the integral evaluations of the output signals are defined in a certain way, the number of different test deviations is fixed, the integrated assessment of the model signals for each control point is determined, the deviation of the integral model signal estimations is determined, the normalized values of the deviations of the integral model signal estimations, resulted due to the trial deviations, are determined, the system with the nominal characteristics is replaced with the controlled system, a similar test signal is given to the system input, the integral evaluations of the controlled system signals are determined for the control points, the deviations of the integral estimates from the nominal values are defined, the normalized values of the deviations of the integral controlled system estimates are determined, the diagnostic signs are determined, by which the defect is determined, the faulty unit is determined by the maximum of the diagnostic sign.
