FIELD: heat engineering; electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can preferably be used as a control method of traction electric drive cooling system, which includes inverter and electric machine, for electromobiles and vehicles with channeltron. Preliminary control system in liquid cooling system (1) of traction electric drive of electric vehicle includes pump (2) with mechanical drive, providing circulation of cooling liquid through radiator (3), with fan with first adjustable electric drive (4), cooling jacket of inverter (5), having current sensor (6) in DC link, and traction electric motor (7) with built-in temperature sensor of housing (8), characterized by that the pump drive is an additionally mounted second adjustable electric drive (9), and formed by current sensor (6), is converted by quadratic former (10), wherein signal generated by traction motor housing temperature sensor (8) is converted by first threshold amplifier (I) and second threshold amplifier (12) with hysteresis zone, also, output signals formed by second threshold amplifier (12) with hysteresis zone and quadratic generator (10), are summed by adder (13) and depending on state of switch (14), determined by signal level, formed by first threshold amplifier (11), controlling rotation frequency of second adjustable electric drive (9) of radiator fan (4), and are also summed by adder (15) with pump minimum setting signal (2) set by pump minimum signal shaper (16), first electrically driven electric drive (3) of pump (2) is controlled.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in efficiency and efficiency of anticipatory operation of cooling system at reduction of power inputs.
