FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used for control of electric power drive cooling device. In liquid cooling system 1 by pump 2, providing circulation of cooling liquid through radiator 3, with fan with first controlled electric drive 4, cooling jacket of inverter 5, having current sensor 6 in DC link, and power electric motor 7 with built-in temperature sensor of housing 8, wherein pump drive is additionally installed second controlled electric drive 9, and formed by current sensor 6 is converted by quadratic generator 10, wherein signal generated by engine body temperature sensor 8 is converted by first threshold amplifier 11 and second threshold amplifier 12 with hysteresis zone, also output signals formed by the second threshold amplifier 12 with a hysteresis area and quadratic generator 10, are summed by adder 13 and depending on the state of switch 14, determined by the signal level formed by the first threshold amplifier 11, controlling second rotary electric drive 9 of radiator fan 4 rotation, and also summed by adder 15 with signal for setting minimum capacity of pump 2, set by generator of minimum signal of pump 16, controlled by first rotary speed of electric drive 3 of pump 2.
EFFECT: simple circuit design used to implement a control system, faster operation of the control system of the cooling system and reduction of current control power consumption by providing the operating mode of the fan and pump in accordance with the energy level close to the inverter and power engine, which is extracted during operation and which is supplied to heating.
