FIELD: fuel combustion devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liquid-fuel burners using superheated steam for combustion. Steam-oil burner device includes cylindrical housing consisting of two parts, base and cylindrical housing, connected through heat-insulating gasket. A steam atomizer with a steam line, a fuel supply pipe, a compressed air supply pipe to the burner device inner space, a branch pipe with a flame detector and a spark plug are installed into the bottom of the base. Cylindrical housing is made with hollow walls in form of spiral channel for housing cooling. Nozzle is made hollow of two superimposed disks. In the external disk holes are drilled to supply the compressed air heated to walls of the housing into the flame root.
EFFECT: invention allows supplying the flame into the zone with excess pressure without violating the thermodynamic processes occurring inside the burner device, as well as reducing the heat transfer from the heated cylindrical housing to the footing to eliminate coking of viscous fuel in the fuel supply tube.
