FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering, in particular to liquid fuel burners using superheated steam for combustion. Burner device comprises a cylindrical body, a superheater mounted on the body, a spray steam nozzle, a fuel line, a gas generation chamber, additional steam nozzles, and a nozzle for discharging the combustion products. On both sides of the cylindrical body there are lids, left and right, in the center of which are mounted nozzles for the natural supply of air to the gas generation chamber, spray steam nozzle is installed at an angle to the axis of the cylindrical body on the branch pipe of the left cover with the possibility of supplying a jet of superheated steam to the gas generation chamber, additional steam nozzles installed tangentially on the cylindrical body near the left cover are arranged so that the axes of the nozzles lie in the same plane, nozzle for the exit of the combustion products in the form of a torch is installed tangentially on the cylindrical body near the right cover, a needle is placed on the end of the fuel pipe at the point of its connection with the branch pipe of the left cover, having an internal cavity with an opening at the end, the needle point being located in close proximity to the outlet of the steam spray nozzle the way liquid fuel is supplied to the steam jet from the steam nozzle to the region with the maximum temperature and flow rate.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the quality of spraying of contaminated, viscous liquid fuel raw materials and an increase in the time of chemical reactions in the gas generation chamber at a high concentration of water vapor and low air concentration.
