FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in production of batchers designed for high-volume volumetric dosing of liquids, as well as thixotropic and pasty substances in automated production conditions. Single-screw microdisperser comprises a working member in the form of a miniature helical pair including polymer frame 10 and rotor 8 rotated therein kinematically connected to electric drive 1. Transmission of rotary movement from electric drive to screw rotor is performed by means of kinematic chain consisting of in-series connected electric drive 1, planetary reduction gear 2, connecting coupling 3, shaft 5 of hub unit 6, flexible shaft 9, rotor 8.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at providing accurate automated dosing of liquids, as well as thixotropic and paste-like substances with microdoses of specified volume.
