FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: threaded connection contains nipple and coupling. Nipple comprises part (11) of conical external thread, and coupling comprises part (21) of taper internal thread, which engages with part (11) of conical external thread. Part (11) of the conic external thread is divided into first area (15) on the side of the free end of the nipple and second area (16) on the tubular side of the nipple along the direction of the axis (CL) of the pipe. Coefficient (Tp1) of taper of first area (15) is greater than coefficient (Tp2) of taper of second area (16). Coefficient (Tp1) of taper of first area (15) is greater than coefficient (Tb) of taper of part (21) of tapered internal thread. Coefficient (Tp2) of taper of second area (16) is equal to or greater than coefficient (Tb) of conicity of part (21) of taper inner thread.
EFFECT: invention relates to a threaded joint for steel pipes, which improves anti-fatigue characteristics, while providing resistance to tearing wear.
