FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for multi-energy X-ray analysis. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the patient is irradiated with X-rays as a result of the supply of a sequence of voltage pulses of different values to the X-ray radiation source, obtaining the corresponding sequence of the original X-ray images and based on the sequence of separate images of tissues, having different coefficients of linear attenuation. X-ray source is fed with a sequence of N ≥ 3 voltage pulses, voltage values U of which for any n = 1…N satisfy condition: if Un + 1 > Un, then Un + 2 < Un + 1, if Un +1 < Un, then Un+2 > Un+1. After each next initial image is obtained, starting from the second one, before constructing separate images of tissues having different coefficients of linear attenuation, combining the next (n + 1)th original image with the previous nth source image by correcting one of them.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling reduction of motion artefacts on obtained separate images.
