COMBAT TRAINING MISSILE Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC F42B5/145 F42B8/16 F42B12/38 F42B12/40

Abstract RU 2740958 C1

FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to military equipment, namely to practical and training-and-combat projectiles. Training-and-combat projectile, for example, for an artillery shooting, a grenade launcher or ATGM, consisting of a polymer body, with the possibility of installation of initiation facilities, which according to external and mass-dimensions characteristics corresponds to a simulated combat sample, but with an inner cavity, part of which is necessarily filled with an explosive substance, as well as with tracking stick in tail part. In the head part of the polymeric body of the projectile there is, for example, on the thread, a marker capsule with two sealed compartments, wherein the front sealed compartment contains sticky and frost-resistant water-soluble paint, and the rear sealed compartment contains pigment powder. In the polymer case of the projectile there is a low-power explosive charge, which destroys the shell at the point of self-destruction. Timer is inserted on the side of the projectile head under the marker capsule. On the projectile bottom side in the low-power explosive charge there is a detonator and a Bickford fuse, which, through a hole in the bottom of the polymer housing of the projectile, connects the detonator with the recess in the tracer, wherein the slot between the bottom of the projectile and the tracer is sealed, for example with a high-temperature silicone sealant, and the total delay time of the initiation of the detonator is summed up from the burning time of the tracing charge to the Bickford fuse and the burning time of the Bickford fuse, where total delay time of initiation of detonator exceeds delay time of initiation of electric detonator.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of projectile safety during its application and improvement of quality of marking of projectile hit point.
