FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling equipment. Hammer consists of two cylinders 1 and 2 with coaxially arranged cylinders 1 and 2 with cylindrical chambers 3 and 4 separated by partition 5 with holes 6, pistons 7 and 8, lengthwise channel 9 and striker 10. In piston 7 there is a cavity, in which striker 10 is installed. Piston 8 comprises axial channel 11 and radial channels 12 and 13 to act as air distribution unit. Proposed hammer is equipped with head 14 with bit 15 fitted on cylinder 1 and adapter 16 with axial hole 17 fitted on cylinder 2. Bore 18 is made in end part of cylinder 1 on side of head with bit. Bores 19 and 20 are made in cylinder 2 on its end parts. In its central part there is an exhaust radial hole 21. Longitudinal channel 9 connecting cylindrical chambers 3 and 4 is installed inside cylinders 1 and 2.
EFFECT: simplified design, increased reliability of operation, reduced weight and size of device, simplified process of device manufacturing.
