FIELD: construction; mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for separation in construction, mining and other industries. Proposed device comprises working element composed of spiral, collectors of separate fractions, casing, two cyclones with proportioners, frame, sieve and hydraulic vibrators. Said casing has sliding wall. Casing and sliding wall are coated from inside with noise isolator. To the casing there are connected: a cabinet of hydraulic equipment, a control cabinet, two cyclones with batchers, a pressure pipeline, suction pipeline, electric motor of fan drive, corrugated apron, passage trays, trays of traces, apron. An umbrella and a diametrical fan are attached to the frame at the top. A frame with sieve control hydraulic cylinders is attached to the frame at one end. An axle enters the frame holes. Axes of rotation are controlled by means of levers. Guides are connected to the axis. On the guides there is a sieve with a divider. Sieve has spiral shape close to rectangular. Two slots and two pairs of boards are also attached to the axis. On the other side of the frame there are two hydrovibrators. Two hydraulic cylinders are also attached to the frame to control rollers. Axes of hooks are installed in frame brackets. Hooks and leads are welded to axes of hooks. Springs are installed inside the levers. Axes of rollers with hooks are arranged at the ends of the levers.
EFFECT: elimination of cleaning, noise and dusting.
