FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of motor roads. Proposed unit comprises central frame, right frame, left frame, cantilever, rollers, rotary frame, lower frame, two endless chains, buckets, central roller, right roller, conveyor energy device and ripper power device. Right frame and left frame are hinged to conveyor medium frame. Console is pivoted to left frame. Rollers are installed on middle frame, right frame, left frame and cantilever. One part of rotary frame is pivotally connected to middle frame from below. Other part of the rotary frame is articulated with the end of the lower frame. Driving sprocket is arranged on lower frame. Two endless chains encircle rollers and drive sprocket. Buckets are attached to chains. Conveyor chain drive is combined: from the drive shaft of the conveyor drive by means of the drive sprocket and from the lifting hydraulic motor. Rollers are pivoted to middle frame. Central roller is installed in the bearings of the roller on bearings. Right roller is similarly attached to rotary frame. Middle frame is connected to energy device of conveyor. Conveyor energy device includes power take-off box, hydraulic system tank, hydraulic pump of right roller control, hydraulic accumulator of central roller control, chain tension hydraulic accumulator. Energy device of ripper is arranged similar to energy device of conveyor. On its front hinge there is a knife. Ripper frame is attached to its rear suspension. It is connected through a ball hinge to the middle frame.

EFFECT: formation of cuvette and half of automobile road bed in one pass.
