FIELD: compressor unit.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compressor equipment and can be used in design of compressor units in block design. Method of preparation for transportation, transportation and subsequent installation of unit compressor unit on production site of consumer consists in fixing compressor unit on slip, performing shafting centering and piping communication system piping, attachment to support legs of each of parts of block compressor unit of suspended cargo frame, disconnection of the compressor unit from the jig and transfer of the cargo frame together with the compressor unit to the prepared site of the manufacturer, where by means of jacks on cargo frame posts required height of support arrangement of parts of compressor unit is provided, after which on each of support legs of unit parts are fixed insert elements in form of separate posts and planks. Compressor unit is transported to production site of consumer together with cargo frame, foundation bolts are threaded into appropriate holes of support elements of support pads with subsequent pouring of embedded elements with concrete and tightening of foundation bolts, monitoring of shaft alignment of compressor unit is carried out and, as required, additional adjustment and fixation of supports of parts of unit is performed, after which cargo frame is disconnected from parts of compressor unit.

EFFECT: invention provides transportation of unit compressor unit to consumer without use of frame-base with simultaneous preservation of compressor unit alignment during transportation.
