FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: modular container of compressor unit includes support for installation on foundation, which has the possibility of installing the cover on it; working equipment designed for installation inside the cover and representing a drive motor and frame oil tank on which multiplying gear and compression housing are installed; besides, support is provided with the openings the sizes of which provide the possibility of enveloping the foundation projections designed for fixation of working equipment on them, and modular container is equipped with removable supporting assemblies for preliminary fixation of working equipment on the support. Installation method of modular container of compressor unit on foundation consists in the fact that working equipment is pre-fixed on support by means of detachable supporting assemblies; to pads of drive motor there attached are mating pads; cover is installed on support; after that, assembled structure is arranged on foundation with projections so that contours of support openings enclose the corresponding projections of the foundation; support is lifted with hoisting devices so that a gap is formed between itself and foundation, which is filled with layer of binding material; positioning device is installed under removable supporting assemblies of drive motor; removable supporting assemblies of drive motor are detached from support; drive motor shaft axis is installed by means of positioning device to the position coaxial with mating shaft of multiplying gear; hoisting devices of working equipment are brought into contact with pads on foundation projections so that a gap is formed between foundation projections and working equipment; positioning device and detachable supporting assemblies are removed; after that, gaps between foundation projections and working equipment are filled with layer of binding material; mating supporting pads of drive motor are detached, and support and working equipment is attached to foundation and its projections.
EFFECT: avoiding the need for reworks of control plates at the factory and at the customer's for installation of equipment to working position; providing maximum factory availability of compressor plant at its deployment in field conditions; providing coaxiality of working equipment shafts with high accuracy degree; simplifying the plant assembly, as well as reducing economic costs on its fabrication.
