FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a plasticising composition. Described is a plasticizing composition for a thermoplastic polymer selected from polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyvinyl butyral (PVB), homopolymers and copolymers of vinyl acetate, homopolymers and copolymers of styrene, polyacrylates, thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU) and polysulphides, containing: a) one or more compounds of general formula (I):
in which X in each case denotes a straight alkylene group with 2–5 carbon atoms, Y in each case denotes a straight or branched alkylene group with 2–5, and is integer from 5 to 40, and R1 denotes methyl, both denote ethyl, both denote n-propyl, both denote isopropyl, both denote n-butyl , both denote isobutyl or both denote n-pentyl, where the Y groups found in the compounds (I) can be identical or can differ from each other, and wherein if the compounds (I) contain more than one X group, the latter can be identical or can differ from each other, and b) one or more compounds of general formula (II):
in which R2 and R3 are independently selected from branched and unbranched alkyl radicals with 8–11 carbon atoms, wherein content of the compound of general formula (I) in the plasticising composition is from 50 to 90 wt % and the content of the compound of general formula (II) in the plasticizing composition is from 10 to 50 wt %, in terms of total amount of compounds (I) and (II) in plasticising composition. Also disclosed are molding compound, use of plasticising composition, use of molding compound.
EFFECT: high resistance of plasticisers to extraction, primarily extraction with petrol, oils and fats, as well as resistance to ultraviolet and volatility.
