FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. When performing operation to remove intraocular lens, dislocated in capsular sac, due to inconsistency of lens ligaments with location within posterior eye chamber or within front third of vitreal cavity, sclerotomia is initially performed and ports are installed for supply of infusion solution and for instrument. Limbal tunnel is made, and the anterior chamber is partially emptied. Then complex port IOL-capsular bag is clamped through port by means of vitreal tweezers between branches of said tweezers in area of transition of optical part of IOL into haptics. Collet scissors enter through tunnel and are cut in rear chamber of eye IOL into two halves, holding one of halves - first half - with vitreal tweezers. Permanent supply of irrigation solution is started. Scissors are changed to collet forceps or iris tweezers and the second free half of IOL is removed from the eye cavity by means of one of these instruments through the tunnel. Then, the remaining first half of IOL is intercepted by collet tweezers or iris tweezers and also removed from the eye cavity. Capsular sac is removed. Anterior vitrectonomy and implantation of IOL of non-capsular fixation is performed.
EFFECT: method minimizes traumas of structures of an anterior eye chamber, reduces postoperative hypertension and an inflammatory reaction.
