SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cosmetic composition intended for inclusion into a hair care product and such hair care product. Composition contains a combination of the following components: (a) a mineral complex containing a combination of cosmetically acceptable mineral salts, wherein said combination contains a magnesium salt and a salt selected from a salt of iron, calcium, copper, zinc or any combinations thereof, wherein said magnesium salt is formed with a cosmetically acceptable monobasic or dibasic amino acid, and said iron, calcium, copper and/or zinc salt is formed with a cosmetically acceptable aldonic acid, (b) an amino acid complex comprising a combination of glycine and a cosmetically acceptable N-trialkyl derivative thereof, and (c) an extraction complex containing a combination of water-glycerine extracts of green algae of the genus Chlorella and red algae of the genus Chondrus, where the components are taken in certain amounts.

EFFECT: composition and agent described above have high efficacy, increase strength of hair, reduce porosity, increase thickness of individual hair.
