FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: dispensing closure comprises a base member for attachment to container neck and dispensing opening, a flap cover attached to the base member by means of a hinge and movable between a closed position, in which dispensing opening is closed by flap cover closing element and open position, in which the dispensing opening is at least partially open to the fluid being dispensed through the dispensing opening. Facility includes a tamper-control element, extending in circumferential direction around at least a portion of circumferential periphery of closure and attached to the base element ledge area by at least two brittle elements having a predetermined destructive voltage. Folding cover has at least one opening or recess, which surrounds at least a part of at least one locking protrusion of the opening control element, passing in direction of flap cover, when cover is in closed position, and said opening control element is in its initial position with intact brittle elements. Opening control element has at least one attenuation zone nearby one locking projection, which passes at least on part of height of element for opening control. And/or basic element ledge area, to which brittle elements for opening control are attached, has such an inclination that it deviates outward relative to the base member.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a more visible exposure for a user after opening for the first time.
