SUBSTANCE: dispensing closure (40) for a system comprising a fluid/loose substance, such as a container, includes housing (54) for receiving fluid/bulk material from the system, fixing element (56) assembled together with housing (54), and rotary actuating element (60), which is assembled together with fixing element (56) and in which dispensing flow channel (190) for release of fluid/granular substance is formed. Fixing element (56) is made with possibility of rotation relative to housing (54) from fixing position into unlocking position to create possibility for user to turn actuating element (60) from closed position to open dispensing position. Housing (54) has support element (110), which passes through fixing element (56), which is in position of fixation, to prevent movement of actuating element (60) into open position. In unlocking position of fixing element (56) support element (110) does not prevent movement of actuating element (60) in open position.
EFFECT: dispensing closure is disclosed.
