Pivoting flange (1) comprises drawer (10), shelf housing (20) intended to receive inwardly with slide of drawer (10), and a sliding assembly provided between drawer (10) and the shelf housing (20). Sliding assembly comprises curved guide (31) of sliding and first roller (11) moving along the bent sliding guide (31). Sliding guide (31) of sliding comprises horizontal section (310) and curved section (312). Curved section (312) is tangent to horizontal section (310) and is located at an angle to it. When first roller (11) moves along horizontal section (310), drawer (10) is pulled out. When first roller (11) moves along curved section (312), drawer (10) turns down.

EFFECT: invention allows improving sealing performance, ensuring dryness of food reserves, increasing user convenience when accessing products and avoiding deterioration of satisfaction from application due to insufficient growth of user.
