FIELD: chemistry; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, more specifically to technologies for producing sterile medicinal agents, medicinal substances and cosmetic agents used in the form of solutions or emulsions and including a poloxamer. Method involves dissolving poloxamer in water for injections, simultaneous sterilizing filtration of aqueous poloxamer solution and dispensing the filtered poloxamer solution into sterile containers, sealing of containers with a poloxamer solution, thermal sterilization of polo-saponification containers by steam under pressure and thermal sterilization of containers with poloxamer solution by pressure steam under pressure from 82.4 to 107.8 kPa, and cooling of containers with poloxamer solution is carried out to temperature of 30–40 °C for at least 2 hours by reducing steam pressure in steriliser after completion of sterilization process.
EFFECT: simplified and accelerated process.
