SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanization of agriculture and can be used, in particular, for decontamination of manure drains for the purpose of their further use as liquid fertilizers. Device for implementing the proposed method comprises a supply pipeline with a liquid manure flow control valve rigidly fixed on the shaft and a controlled relay, feeding pipelines supplying liquid manure in reactor reactors control pulses reactor section, discharge pipes and common discharge pipeline. Disinfection reactors consist of a housing with electrodes mounted inside it through dielectric gaskets and an inlet valve fixed on the bend of the outgoing pipeline with a control relay, as well as outlet air valves with floats fixed on their lower part, control electromagnets and sensors of upper level of reactor, fixed on transverse supporting bars, lower outlet valve with control electromagnet fixed on discharge pipeline body, and float liquid manure unloading sensor from discharge pipeline with fixing device.

EFFECT: in the disclosed method, the result is achieved by cyclic direct action on a batch of liquid manure by means of an electrohydraulic effect by pulse-width modulation of electric discharge and change of action front by polarity switching of electrodes causing stirring in closed volume, which provides complete stable disinfection throughout disinfected liquid manure.
