FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method includes accumulation of livestock waste and their separation into solid and liquid fractions. Separated solid fraction is collected in accumulator, supplied to composting plant, where biothermal disinfection is carried out. Produced solid organic fertiliser is sent for realisation. Liquid fraction is sent into alternately filled quarantine reservoirs, where it is cured for at least 6 days to detect epizooty. Liquid fraction, which does not contain pathogenic microorganisms, is sent through separator of coarse inclusions into geomembrane structure, where psychrophilic fermentation is carried out for 30-120 days. Process of geomembrane structure filling and extraction of fermented liquid fraction are carried out in a half-periodic mode. Quantity of fermented liquid fraction extracted from geomembrane structure equals quantity of liquid fraction that newly arrives to geomembrane structure. Fermented liquid fraction is sent to open storage. Residue that settles in process of fermentation is extracted by its reciprocal motion and is sent for composting. Biogas accumulated in process of fermentation is diverted for recycling.

EFFECT: method provides for environmental, sanitary-hygienic and veterinary-sanitary safety of livestock farms, is universal for various technologies of manure removal, makes it possible to process large volumes of livestock waste, and also to produce biogas and high-quality organic fertiliser.
