FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery, namely to experimental medicine, and can be used for treating infected wounds against underlying long-term diabetes mellitus. That is ensured by treating the infected wound every day after treatment with an antiseptic agent with ultrasound for 3 minutes at a resonance frequency of 26–28 kHz. Ozone Otry 12000 oil is used as wave medium.
EFFECT: method provides relief of inflammation processes by stimulating growth of granulation tissue with reduced length of purification of wound surface from purulo-necrotic tissues and accelerated wound epithelisation.
