FIELD: biotechnology and medicine. SUBSTANCE: vegetal oil is affected by ozone-containing gas, e.g. oxygen-ozone mixture, bubbled through oil in low-frequency ultrasound zone, while ozone-containing gas is directionally pulverized into zone of developed cavitation of ultrasonically affected oil. Such operation mode increases degree of saturation of oil with ozone and simultaneously provides metastable structure of oil. EFFECT: increased biological activity and durability of antiinflammatory, bactericidal, virulicidal, fungicidal, and detoxification activities. 2 cl, 5 dwg, 5 ex
