FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a device for changing the angular position of a retainer connected to a clamping device, comprising at least two links configured to form an adjustable width of the slot for installing shears. Device is equipped with a positioning device for fixation of shears blade containing a guide designed so that shears can be arranged along it and connected with clamping and retaining devices. At that, in the hole of the specified guide there is an axis, the end section of which is intended for installation into the fastening hole of shears fabric. Said guide comprises an orifice with slidably movable slider having a section configured to support the shear blade end portion thereon during honing of its rear surface.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of support surface formation during honing of blade shear blade rear surface at multiple control of accuracy of formation of support surface of blade without additional adjustments of created device at repeated installations of blade shears for further honing of rear surface of blade.
