FIELD: pharmaceutical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a combined polymer film with biologically active substances of marsh cinquefoil, miramistin and pyridoxine. Method of producing combined polymer film with biologically active substances of marsh cinquefoil, miramistin and pyridoxine, consisting in the fact that in 15 ml of purified water is added 7 drops of glycerine, 7 ml of liquid alcohol concentrate extract 1:2 of rhizomes of marsh cinquefoil and 5 ml of 0.01 % miramistin solution, then the mixture is heated in a water bath to temperature of 70 °C, added 0.9 g of methylcellulose and 0.45 g of polyvinylpyrrolidone, then the mixture is homogenized, cooled for 30 minutes at room temperature, and then held at 8–10 °C for 12 hours, then added 2 ml of 5 % pyridoxine (vitamin B6), homogenized and left at temperature 8–10 °C for 24 hours, then repeatedly homogenized mixture, poured onto a standard glass substrate with area of 85 cm and dried in an oven at a temperature of not more than 50 °C for 6–7 hours, then mixing powder and liquid Protactyl-M at ratio of 2:1, is left for swelling with periodic stirring, after the mixture ceases to stick to hands, is polymerised at pressure of 3 atm and temperature of 40–45 °C for 25–30 minutes, then the mass is dissolved in chloroform to obtain a saturated solution of Protactyl-M, which is applied by means of a pipette in amount of 6 ml to the ready combined polymer film and after uniform distribution of the solution is dried at temperature of 50 °C.

EFFECT: method described above enables to obtain a polymer film for preventing and treating infectious-inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and arthrosis of the temporomandibular joint, which provides local prolonged action; strong fixation.
