Gel with a naphthoquinone complex of biologically active substances of the Lithospermum erythrorhizon Sieb. et Zucc, including a naphthoquinone complex of biologically active substances of a Lithospermum erythrorhizon Sieb. et Zucc, isolated from a cell culture, hydroxyethyl cellulose, Kollidon 30, purified water, while in the gel preparation step, hydroxyethyl cellulose is added to the water in an amount of 1.5 % by weight of the gel, Kollidon 30 in an amount of 0.6 % by weight of the gel, and then naphthoquinone complex of the Lithospermum erythrorhizon Sieb. et Zucc in the form of 5 % alcohol solution in the amount of 0.5 % of the gel weight is introduced into the finished gel with the specified parameters, then the mixture is thoroughly homogenized and kept at a temperature of 8–10 °C 6 hours.

EFFECT: advantages consist in the possibility of using a gel to treat infectious inflammatory processes on the skin, including the skin of the face; providing local long-term action; protection of the affected area after application and drying of the gel from external factors; harmlessness and ease of use of the gel.
