FIELD: explosives engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to emulsion explosives. The composition comprises an ammonium nitrate-based matrix emulsion which comprises mineral oil, an emulsifier and water and ground metallic fuel, with the composition comprising an ammonium nitrate-bases matrix emulsion and ground metallic fuel at the following ratio, wt. %: matrix emulsion 86-93, ground metallic fuel 7-14, with the explosive composition containing 0.5 wt. % sodium nitrite above 100 wt. %, and ground metallic fuel in liquid, paste-like or granulated form containing, wt. %: aluminum 5-22 and iron or copper scale 78-95 bound by drying oil by mixing with subsequent thickening.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing relative working capacity and reducing the danger level of works when adding ground metallic fuel.
