FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to emulsion explosive compositions. Composition comprises a matrix emulsion based on ammonium nitrate, containing mineral oil, an emulsifier and water, and ground metal fuel, composition contains a matrix emulsion based on ammonium nitrate and crushed metal fuel in the following ratio, wt %: matrix emulsion 85–95, crushed metal fuel 5–15, wherein the explosive composition contains 0.5 wt % sodium nitrite in excess of 100 wt %, and the milled metal fuel in liquid, pastelike or granular form contains, wt %: silicon, magnesium, titanium or barium 5–24 and iron scale or copper scale 76–95, which are joined with shellac or bone glue.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of relative serviceability, in reduction of work hazard level at addition of crushed metal fuel.
