FIELD: aerial engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerial engineering and can be used in radio communication, radio navigation and radiolocation systems. The antenna consists of an active two-terminal network having a negative voltage-current area, such as a tunnel diode or a Gunn diode or an avalanche diode, or any other two-terminal network having a negative voltage-current area, the locking capacitor and the microstrip antenna itself on an insulator substrate with a shielding plate. The microstrip antenna has the feed output and the connection point of the active two-terminal network. The supply voltage is supplied to the active two-terminal network in various circuitry configurations either directly to the active two-terminal network through an opening in the shielding plate or by supplying a voltage to the microstrip antenna at the centre thereof or via a high-frequency connector for the transmission and pickup of radio frequency signals.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplifying the construction and increasing the amplification.
