FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, particularly to physiotherapeutic impact-wave devices, microsecond range used for extracorporeal shock-wave therapy in orthopedics and traumatology. Device with shock-wave generator of electrodynamic type has additional vacuum pump for vacuum-clamping locks of position of emitting head with focusing lens with at least two conjugated concentric parts with focal points spaced along focal axis and contact-mounted casing arranged along said focal axis, and to create a wave with a stepped wave front, at least one part of the lens can shift relative to other parts along the focal axis.
EFFECT: using the invention provides comfortable conditions of the procedure due to varying amplitude and geometric characteristics of the focal area, which enables to perform procedures on a wide range of locomotor diseases.
