FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has electromagnetic slightly focused acoustic shock wave radiators symmetrically arranged relative to generator axis in a way that their geometric foci are superimposed in the same point on generator axis, and the first discharge circuit having emitting coils connected to the discharge circuit each of which is commutated with separate capacitor and connected in parallel to the first common controllable discharger. The second discharge circuit is additionally available. Each emitting coil belongs to two discharge circuits. The common controllable discharger of the second circuit has double electric strength. Its controllable electrode is connected to additional channel for building discharger start pulse with controlled delay in time relative to the first common controllable discharger.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of lithotripsy.
