FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to design of duplicated hinge system of aircraft control systems with hollow bolt and duplicating bolt inserted into hollow bolt coaxially with hollow bolt. Duplicated hinged joint (14) comprises a hinge link with spherical bearing (13) and apple (12) of the bearing, holder (4) of the assembly, coaxial hollow bolt (1) and backup bolt (2) with threaded fastener, washer (8) and crown nut (9) with cotter pin. Duplicating bolt (2) is restricted from displacement relative to hollow bolt (1) by groove modified to dimensions of head of duplicating bolt (2). Hollow bolt (1) is restricted from displacement relative to holder (4) of the assembly by means of collar of hollow bolt contacting protrusion-support of holder (4) of assembly. Mutual movement of hollow bolt (1) relative to duplicating bolt (2) is limited by the fixation method. In order to fix duplicating bolt (2) in lugs (6) of hollow bolt (1) there are holes for retainer-limiter (7) limiting movement of duplicating bolt (2).

EFFECT: this design has minimum possible weight and dimensions with simultaneous increase of hinge assembly reliability.
