FIELD: cosmetic industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmetic products. A cosmetic composition for topical use for the prevention of age-related changes in the skin and improvement of its condition contains [7-(dimethylamino)phenothiazin-3-ylidene]-dimethylazanium chloride(methylene blue) at a concentration of 0.1·10-6 to 1·10-6 M and N-[2-(5-methoxy-1H-indol-3-yl)ethyl]acetamide (melatonin) at a content of 0.05 to 0.2 wt.% and cosmetically acceptable excipients.
EFFECT: invention provides increased thickness of the dermis, decreased skin relief and improved elasticity.
