FIELD: electronic vaping devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for forming an evaporator of an electronic vaping device. The method includes applying a porous material to at least one surface of a heating element to form a coating thereon, the heating element being formed from conductive material. The porous material has porosity ranging from about 50% to about 80%.
EFFECT: possibility of using different ready-made vaporization compositions having different physical properties such as density, viscosity, surface tension and vapor pressure due to their capillary retraction and also due to the fact that the porous material 90 remains flexible after drying the porous material 90 on the heating element 85 to form an evaporator 80.
