FIELD: pressure processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pressure processing and can be used for water explosive forming. The explosion chamber comprises a metal body in the form of a cylinder, in which a ferroconcrete power element is located designed with a working cavity. An insert forming a working surface is installed in the cavity. The power element with the metal body forms a hydraulic chamber, said chamber being capable of being filled with liquid in order to create pressure and ensure the adjustment of the tensile state of the power element, the insert and the body. The body is provided with upper and lower support rings which are connected to each other by means of fastening elements located outside the body. As ferroconcrete fiber-ferroconcrete is used.
EFFECT: as a result ensured is even distribution of deformations along the height of the matrix during explosive loading, which enables producing details with the high quality of the surface produced and allowed deflections of the shape.
