SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural machine building. Machine comprises cutting device (1) with oscillating lifters (2) and guides (3) with wedge-like knives, roller separator (7), outward belt conveyor (5) and pressure elastic mesh conveyor (6) and grading cutter conveyor (8). In cutting device (1) web of outward conveyor (5) is narrower width of clamping elastic mesh conveyor (6) so that centers of gravity of socket leaves located on edges of cutting device, separated from cabbage head after cutting, after receiving to remote conveyor (5) outside of its web width.

EFFECT: improved operating conditions of roller separator due to reduced intensity of incoming flow of cabbage leaves by preliminary screening of them on outward conveyor.
