FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding and can be used in watercraft propeller system structures including drive engine and ship propeller. Watercraft propeller system includes a single propelling unit in the form of a stationary gondola with at least one electric motor located in it, containing a stator and a rotor, and a hub with propeller blades fixed on it, as well as a casing for accommodating the unit, in which the gondola is connected to this body by power elements. Electric motor rotor installed on the outer surface of the annular stator, is aligned with the hub, while at least one power element is hollow.
EFFECT: design simplification of the propeller system, increasing its efficiency and reducing vibroacoustic oscillation.
