FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and can be used as a fixed formwork for the construction of heat-insulating walls of buildings and structures. The composite screed block of the fixed formwork contains upper and lower spacers, consisting of a base having end internal and external anchor elements at both ends, made with the possibility of placement inside the corresponding slots in the panels, and an adjustable length lock connected to the bases of the upper and lower spacers. The base of each spacer has an I-section with vertical cutouts in the wall. The specified latch is made in the form of two coaxial strips, located vertically in the transverse plane, in at least one cross-section of the tie passing through the bases of the upper and lower struts in their installed working position. In this case, one strip is attached at one end to the base of the upper strut from below. Another paired strip is attached at one end to the base of the lower brace from above. Moreover, other free ends of adjacent strips are interconnected by means of a clip-on clamp. The gripping part of the clip is made on the strip of the lower spacer. The rod part of the clip-on clamp with ridged projections is made on the strip of the upper strut. Along the axis of each strip, on both sides of the I-beam wall, stiffening ribs are made flush with the ends of its shelves. The end anchoring elements of both spacers for the block of two gypsum panels are made in the form of closing transverse plates that exceed the dimensions of the I-beam flange and are permanently attached to its ends. Moreover, the depth of penetration of these plates into the gypsum panel is not less than 1/3 of its thickness. Both end anchoring elements of both struts for a block of two foam panels include said plates closing both bases, to which are attached longitudinal extension walls with two horizontal cutouts, carrying transverse outer plates at the ends. Plates, closing bases, outer plates and extended longitudinal walls of the outer anchor element are placed in the corresponding inner grooves in the mating foam panel with a depth according to the ratio S> 1 / 5H, where S is the depth of penetration of the outer anchor element into the foam panel, and H is the thickness of the foam panel. For the block formed by one foam panel and one gypsum panel at one end of each base, an anchor element with inner and outer plates is made with the possibility of fixing in the foam panels, and at the other end of the base there is a plate anchor element with the possibility of fixing in the gypsum panel. On the upper surface of the shelf of the base of the upper strut, at least two groups of protrusions are made, spaced from the transverse axis of the I-beam, and the entire tie elements are made of polypropylene. The specified comb projection is provided with a pick-up. These protrusions are in the form of a cylinder or a cone.
EFFECT: simplification of the design and improvement of the heat-shielding qualities of the walls.
