FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and can be used as a fixed formwork for the construction of heat-insulating walls of buildings and structures. The block contains oppositely located outer and inner panels with elements of connection with mated blocks. The panels are held together by connecting means in the form of tie rows. The panels are provided with elements for fixing and positioning the upper and lower ties connected by at least one bundle of adjustable length. Each tie consists of a middle part and two end parts, which have anchoring elements placed inside the panels. The outer insulating panel is made of foam, the inner panel is made of gypsum. The middle part of the screed has an I-beam with vertical cutouts on the span wall. The end parts of the screeds functionally are the indicated anchors, the inner of which for the inner gypsum panel is made in the form of a transverse plate permanently attached to its end. The outer anchor for fixing the outer foam panel consists of an inner plate, to which an extended longitudinal wall with two horizontal cutouts is attached and a transverse outer plate bearing at the end. The inner and outer plates and the extension wall of the outer anchor are placed in the corresponding reciprocal inner recesses in the conjugated outer foam panel according to the ratio S> 1 / 5H, where: S is the depth of the external anchor penetration into the foam panel, and H is the thickness of the foam panel. The penetration value N of the internal anchor in the form of the plate into the gypsum panel is not less than 1/3 of its thickness T. The specified ligaments of adjustable length are attached at one end to the upper tie from the bottom, and to the lower tie - from the top and are made in the form of a strip with a clip clamp at their free end. The gripping rod part of the clamp is made on the bundle of the lower tie, and the rod part of the clamp with comb-like protrusions is made on the bundle of the upper tie, along the axis of each bundle on both sides of the I-beam wall, a stiffening rib is made flush with the ends of the I-beams.
EFFECT: simplification of the design and improvement of the heat-shielding qualities of the walls.
