SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to automated flushing systems for screw pumps in production wells. Screw pump system comprises a casing string with annular space, a screw pump located inside the casing string, an engine operatively connected to the screw pump, a controller functionally connected to the engine, and a gas flow valve connected to the annular space and functionally connected to the controller. Automated flushing system contains a flushing liquid source, a flushing valve hydraulically connected to the flushing liquid source and annular space of the casing string. Flushing valve is configured to control flushing fluid flow between flushing fluid source and annular space and is functionally connected to controller. System includes a level sensor located in the source of the flushing fluid, which helps to estimate the volume of the flushing fluid introduced into the annular space. Immediately after receiving the instruction to initiate the flushing cycle, the controller closes the gas flow valve, opens the flush valve, to provide the flushing liquid direction from the flushing fluid source to the annular space, and to increase the screw pump speed by the engine signal supply to perform the well casing cleaning.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of cleaning, increased service life of pump, reduced time expenditures.
