FIELD: mechanical engineering; motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumps used in oil systems of aircraft gas turbine engines. Injection centrifugal gearing pump comprises housing 1 with inlet channel 20 to pump installed in bores of housing 1 and engaged gears 2 and 3, in which hoses are made channels 11, 12 for passage of working fluid into inter-tooth cavities 13, and delivery cavity 19. In the central bores of gears 2, 3 there are cavities of suction 7, 8, in which guide cones 9, 10 are installed coaxially with gears 2, 3. Each of cavities 7, 8 is equipped with individual working fluid supply channel 14, 15. Channel 14 inlet is communicated with cavity 19 via bypass valve 17 built into case 1. Input of channel 15 is communicated with channel 20. Outlets of channels 14, 15 are located coaxially to central borings in gears 2, 3 and communicated with cavities 7, 8 through mixing chamber 16.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of discharge characteristics of discharge centrifugal-gear pump.
