FIELD: aircraft industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation technology and relates to power aircraft structures made of polymer fiber composite materials, in particular, the structure of the wing spars of a civil aircraft. The claimed composite spar comprises a corrugated wall and upper and lower chords connected to it. In this case, the corrugated wall has two outer wavy surfaces, symmetrical with respect to the plane of the composite spar, and is made of a composite material with more than 70% of the fibers laid in the 45° direction. The belts are made with a longitudinal rigidity exceeding their lateral rigidity, and the connection of the corrugated wall and belts is made in discrete hinge nodes.
EFFECT: technical result is to reduce the weight of the wing spar, providing long-term strength and maintainability.
