FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding and concerns the design of ship mooring devices. A single-column bollard of a ship with a locking device is proposed, which allows wiring and securing the mooring rope from any direction on a tangent to the bollard column by winding the mooring bars on it and firmly fixing its end with a locking device. The locking device consists of a lower fixed disk attached to the upper flange of the bollard column, and an upper rotary disk rotating around a vertical axis. When the upper disk is rotated with a circular railing, a synchronous displacement of two clamps is occurred in radial of lower disc by rolling their rollers in two asymmetric spiral grooves of the upper disk. When the upper disk is rotated clockwise, the clamps move smoothly inside the disk and clamp the mooring rope on one of the sides of the bollard between the grooved surfaces of the vertical part of the clamp and the stopper. When the disc is rotated counterclockwise, the clamps move outward, gradually releasing and pulling the mooring rope. The pitch of the spiral of the roller groove is selected in such a way that ensures self-braking of the clamp and excludes its random movement without turning the disc to prevent loosening of the locking and uncontrolled recoil of the mooring. Corrosion-resistant steel is used as the material of the disks, the power saturation details are made of high-strength rustproof steel, and the bushing of the central axis is made of high-strength synthetic material that does not require lubrication. To remove water from the internal spaces and gaps of the locking device, structural bevels of the surfaces, drainage grooves and holes for its drain are provided.
EFFECT: technical result is to improve technical and operational characteristics of the ship bollard.
