FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Device for interactive evaluation of human cardiovascular system based on distant photoplethysmography (PPG) comprises an optoelectronic detector of a pulse wave of blood flow in a finger of a patient with two light-emitting diodes and a photodiode connected to an operational amplifier, an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and an electronic unit for processing an electrical signal, as well as a computer-equipped control panel. Housing of the detector is designed so that to enable attachment on a phalanx of a patient's finger. Control panel is supplemented with radio transmitter operating at frequency ω1, and tuned to frequency radio receiver ω2. In housing of optoelectronic detector there arranged is miniature radio receiver tuned to frequency ω1, and a miniature radio transmitter operating at frequency ω2. Radio transmitter on the control panel is in form of a phase manipulator, a carrier frequency generator, a power amplifier and a transmitting antenna connected in series to the output of the personal computer. Miniature radio receiver in optoelectronic detector housing is made in form of series-connected receiving antenna, high-frequency amplifier, first multiplier, low-pass filter, narrow-band filter, second multiplier, high-frequency amplifier, low-pass filter and low-frequency amplifier. Miniature radio transmitter in the housing of the optoelectronic detector is in form of a series-connected to the output ADC phase manipulator, a carrier frequency generator, a power amplifier and a transmitting antenna. Radio receiver on control panel is made in form of series-connected receiving antenna, high-frequency amplifier, first multiplier, low-pass filter, narrow-band filter, a second multiplier, a high-frequency amplifier, a low-pass filter and a low-frequency amplifier, the output of which is connected to the input of an electrical signal processing unit which is part of a personal computer of the control panel.
EFFECT: higher reliability and reliability of PPG research by using duplex radio communication between control panel and optoelectronic detector using two frequencies and complex signals with phase manipulation.
