FIELD: oil processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of heavy hydrocarbon raw materials by slow thermal conversion and can be used in the oil processing industry. A plant for producing fuel oil by delayed thermal conversion with a feed line for heavy straight-run hydrocarbon fraction as raw material is proposed, which also includes a fractionation unit equipped with feed lines for heavy fraction and thermal conversion vapors and lines for gas, naphtha, light gas oil and semihudron outfeed, as well as a heavy gas oil outfeed line with adjacent lines for circulating residue and naphtha outfeed. A cracking furnace and a first separator are located on the naphtha outfeed line, equipped with a residue infeed line to the thermal conversion reactor, equipped with thermal conversion vapors and circulating residue infeed lines, as well as a line for feeding the balance residue to the long residuum outfeed line. The long residuum outfeed line is connected to a mixer located on the infeed line for part of the vapors from the first separator to the second separator, which is equipped with a vapor infeed line to the thermal conversion vapor infeed line and a residue infeed line to a vacuum separator equipped with a vapor infeed line and a secondary fuel oil outfeed line with a recuperative heat exchanger also located at the breakout from the materai infeed line. The branch from the infeed line after the recuperative heat exchanger is connected to the infeed line after the multiphase pump, forming a heavy fraction infeed line, and the vacuum separator vapor infeed line is connected to a mixer installed on the material infeed line in front of the multiphase pump located in it.
