FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to units for processing heavy hydrocarbon material in oil refining industry. Invention relates to a slow-conversion unit comprising a unit for fractionating heated fuel oil in a mixture with thermal conversion vapours, equipped with gas, light and middle distillate fractions, heavy gas-oil fraction output lines and residue branches, cracking furnace equipped with a line for feeding a mixture of a heavy gas-oil fraction and a portion of a residue from a first thermal conversion reactor which is connected to a separator equipped with a vapour output line and a residue output line on which the first thermal conversion reactor is placed, equipped with a vapour output line and connected to the second thermal conversion reactor by a residue feed line, to which a residue portion output line adjoins the heavy gas-oil fraction feed line to the cracking furnace and the vapour output line from the separator, wherein the second thermal conversion reactor is equipped with lines for outputting vapours and residue. Fractionation unit is additionally equipped with a heat conversion vapours feed line and is connected by a light fraction output line to the feed line to the cracking furnace of the mixture of the heavy gas-oil fraction and part of the residue from the first thermal conversion reactor, to which also adjoins line of vacuum distillate supply from vacuum fractionation unit. Line of output of vapours from separator adjoins line of output of at least their part in line of supply of thermal conversion vapours to fractionation unit. To the residue supply line from the first thermal conversion reactor to the second thermal conversion reactor additionally adjoins the residue output line from the fractionation unit, and on the residue output line from the second thermal conversion reactor there is a vacuum fractionation unit equipped with lines for discharging vacuum distillate and fuel oil or bitumen raw material as a vacuum residue.

EFFECT: technical result is avoiding the use of water vapour, obtaining as a light product only middle distillate fraction, obtaining residual oil or bitumen raw material.
